WiN Qualification Programme

Many different factors shape the success of your academic career: the quality of your research, data management and analysis, but also your presentation skills, project management skills, or stress resistance. You should also prepare yourself for the time after your doctorate or Post-Doc. Would you like to pursue an academic career or rather work in the private sector?

The University of Bayreuth offers a comprehensive information and qualification programme, which matches the needs of early career researchers. Our WiN workshops do not only prepare you for an academic career but also teach you skills that are important for pursuing a career outside academia.

The WiN programme consists of workshops organized by the University of Bayreuth Graduate School, Fortbildungzentrum für Hochschullehre (FBZHL), Writing Center, Career Service, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Equal Opportunities, Research Funding, and Welcome Center.

Research Certificate

The research certificate WiN-Fund fosters research relevant skills, especially skills that you need for acquiring and managing third party projects.

It targets doctoral students as well as post-doctoral researchers.
