Bavarian International Conference on AI

Artificial intelligence is increasingly shaping our daily lives. From digital assistants on cell phones to complex systems in mobility or industrial production - it is impossible to imagine life without this key technology.

The Bavarian State Minister of Science, Markus Blume, the Minister for Digital Affairs, Judith Gerlach, and the Minister of Economic Affairs, Hubert Aiwanger, are pleased to invite you to experience the latest trends and the outstanding potential of AI at first hand at AI.BAY 2023 - Bavarian International Conference on AI. Together with leading representatives of the Bavarian AI Network and prestigious guests from abroad, the future of AI will be put into perspective and international developments will be presented. AI.BAY 2023 will also provide a new forum for the entire Bavarian AI community and international AI experts.

The conference will take place on 23rd and 24th February 2023, at the Deutsches Museum in Munich. The list of participants promises exciting presentations and discussions on the podium as well as interesting talks alongside the event!

AI.BAY 2023 will be a hybrid event. You have the choice between attending the event in person at the Deutsches Museum or participating online via our event platform.

AI.BAY 2023, the Bavarian AI Conference, is split into two parts:

  • The first day, organized in form of a colourful and diverse single-session congress, is dedicated to present and discuss the broad spectrum of AI. It covers a wide range of topics including new trends in research, AI use cases in real life and ethical implications of this key technology. The program of the first day is comprehensible not only for AI experts, but for the AI-interested public.                                                                                                                       
  • The second day comprises the main scientific symposium. Leading AI researchers present their latest findings and invite you to discuss new scientific trends and applications in more depth. On this second day, the conference will be divided into three parallel sessions to allow a deeper dive into the following areas: AI and Life – Robotics, Engineering and Mobility – AI and Data Science.

On both days there will be an AI exhibition and endless networking opportunities.
