Important Dates

The represenatives of the doctoral candidates are excited to invite you to the following Stammtisch event:

***Running Dinner on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 6pm***

Timetable:

• 6.00pm - 7.15pm: starter
  
• 7.30pm - 9.00pm: main course
• 9.15pm - open end: dessert

You need to resgister for this event together with a friend (as a group of 2 people. If you cannot find a cooking partner, you can also contact us and we will try to match you with someone else.).

The idea of this event is to get a 3-course-menue, where you have to prepare one of the courses on your own for you and two other groups, which will visit you (so 6 people in total), and you will visit as a counter others places to get the two other courses.

All doctoral candidates and everyone interested is welcome to join, so feel free to share this invitation with others!

Also, be aware that both, English and German, can be spoken during the whole event, so don't feel shy if you don't speak German.

Please register via E-Mail or Whatsapp latest by January 23, 2024 with the following information:

• Your name and your cooking partner
• Adress, where you like to cook (Please try to choose a place in Bayreuth city, not too far to reach for others; and be aware that you need to host two other groups)
• Any special needs to consider? (vegetarian, vegan, else...?)

Please be aware of that your registration is binding! So in case you really can't participate, please tell us as soon as possible!

You will receive some further information on what course you are supposed to prepare and your private timetable some days before the event.
