"From PhD to Business Idea" is a workshop designed to help participants leverage their research into viable business ideas. Through real-world examples and interactive group sessions, you'll explore the essential steps required to conceptualize and develop business ideas. Using the Design Thinking Approach, you'll learn to design innovative solutions and prototypes rooted in your research.

Throughout this workshop, we'll adress the following key questions:

• How can I derive a specific problem statement from my research, and what strategies can I employ to generate viable business ideas to address it?
  
• Who are potential customers that I need to target with my ideas? What are their needs and expectations?
  
• How can I create my first prototype and how could one look like based on my business idea?
  
• What is a business model and how do I develop one?

You will therefore not receive a certificate and you will not be able to use the workshop in question to unlock funds or acquire further qualifications.
