Das Bayerische Forschungsinstitut für Digitale Transformation (bidt) schreibt erneut zur Aufnahme in das Graduate Center für Promovierende aus.

Bewerben können sich Promovierende, deren Promotionsvorhaben einen für die digitale Transformation bedeutenden Fokus haben – unabhängig vom Stand ihrer Promotion oder einer früheren Bewerbung.

In Frage kommen sowohl Arbeiten mit technischem Fokus und Einbettung in den wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Kontext sowie Arbeiten mit wirtschaftlichem und gesellschaftlichem Fokus und klaren Bezügen zu digitalen Technologien.

Die Aufnahme umfasst ein Stipendium von bis zu 3.000 € pro Jahr sowie den Zugang zu Veranstaltungen, Weiterbildungsangeboten und Netzwerkmöglichkeiten am bidt.

Die Bewerbungsfrist endet am 10. Februar 2026.

The Bavarian Research Institute for Digital Transformation (bidt) seeks applications for the Graduate Center for doctoral researchers.

Doctoral candidates whose work has a significant focus on digital transformation are welcome to apply, regardless of the stage of their dissertation or whether they have applied before.

Eligible projects can include both research with a technical focus embedded in an economic and social context, as well as research with an economic and social focus that has clear connections to digital technologies.

Admission includes the possibility to receive a stipend of up to €3,000 per year, as well as access to events, training opportunities, and networking activities offered by the bidt.

The application deadline is 10 February 2026.
