Again and again you hear about projects that run desolate or even fail. Not only in private sector or state projects (e.g. BER), but also in science. Sometimes it is said that a project manager has to be an egg-laying wool milk sow. Even if this is certainly exaggerated, in business science, in addition to technical knowledge on the content level, business management principles and understanding of successfully completing a project are also part of the program. The course is intended to provide the participants with an overview of the business basics within project management for externally funded projects.
Qualification objectives You will be able to understand and work with:
- basic knowledge of project management
- the magic triangle
- bid types
- analyzes (utility value analysis, SWOT, stakeholders, etc.)
