The workshop combines trainer presentations and group exercises, providing a balanced learning experience. At the end of the workshop, participants will receive a list of generative AI prompts useful in research and academia.
There will be practice sessions during the workshop for which participants are required to have a computer, an internet connection and access to AI tools, particularly ChatGPT/GPT-4o. If participants do not have an account with ChatGPT/GPT-4, alternatives like Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini could also be used.
The workshop is useful for Ph.D. candidates and early Postdocs of Natural, Life, Social Sciences and Engineering faculties at any stage of their Ph.D.
For reasons of respect and fairness towards all participants and the workshop leaders, participants who miss more than 10% of the workshop are considered not to be present. You will therefore not receive a certificate and you will not be able to use the workshop in question to unlock funds or acquire further qualifications.
Before you register, please confirm with your supervisor/employer that you are free to participate in the course on that date.
