Description:
Early-stage interdisciplinary collaboration is a key driver of innovative research. At the University of Bayreuth, strong disciplinary excellence exists across different fields and faculties. Underlining the importance of integrating gender and intersectionality aspects in research, GO Forschung provides support to early career researchers who are keen to integrate these aspects into their research works and/or carry out GO Forschung Budget projects.
This 4-hours workshop is designed as a targeted intervention to enable early-career researchers to form interdisciplinary project teams and develop feasible, early-stage research concepts and ideas suitable for follow-up funding or proposal development ligable for GO Forschung Budget funding.
If you are looking for interdisciplinary collaborators or have an early-stage research idea that you would like to explore together, then this half-day matching workshop is for you. The workshop brings together PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers from across the University of Bayreuth to form interdisciplinary project teams and develop initial research concepts aligned with GO Forschung.
