Description:

The Research Data Management (RDM) team offers support in the various phases of a research project. Publication of the data generated in a project contributes to the reproducibility, transparency and reusability of the research results. Therefore it is increasingly expected by research funders, provided there are no important reasons not to do so. This course is aimed at researchers interested in gaining an overview of how data can be published, how repositories support the FAIR publication of data and what should be considered when publishing research data.

The following topics will be discussed:
- Publication options for research data (repositories, data journals)
- Selection and criteria of trustworthy repositories
- License options for the publication of research data
- Options for finding research data

Before you register, please confirm with your supervisor/employer that you are free to participate in the course on that date.
